At Raunaqe, every piece is crafted with care and quality in mind. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 Each piece goes through a thorough quality control process before dispatch.

Order Confirmation & Payment

·         Orders will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.

·         After completing your payment, please share a screenshot of the payment slip or transaction confirmation with us on WhatsApp to verify your order.

·         Unpaid or unverified orders may be cancelled without notice.

No Exchange or Refund

Please note that all orders are final and non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Defective or Damaged Articles

In the rare case that an article arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same product or an item of equal value (subject to availability).

To initiate a claim:

1.      Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

2.      Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3.      Our team will review and respond with next steps.

Claims made after 48 hours of receiving your parcel will not be entertained.

Eligibility

·         Exchanges are accepted within 48 hoursof delivery.

·         The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

·         Custom or altered orders are non-exchangeable.

·         Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

2.      Mention your order number, item name, and reason for exchange.

3.      Our team will review your request and guide you for return shipping.

4.      Once approved and inspected, your exchange will be processed.

Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds. Approved cases will be compensated via store credit or exchange.
